Nobody. I think I'm gonna hand Induction powers over to four of the Admins in case I'm AWOL again. I was a lazy bastard and really busy.

We need to try to have inductions every week. The only standard is the induction has to be somewhat creative and funny.

I think EVERYBODY has to be on the look out for sheep, it takes the pressure of the Admins, to be honest, Rikk.

It is very important that Sheep are inducted every week, otherwise, the worst could happen, The Sheep Pen could become a distant memory. Those last 8 words have made me the most depressed I have been in days.

I agree that every poster should be on the lookout for sheep. I also think maybe four or so of the Admins can do the final write-up. I shouldn't do it every time.

The only problem with that is that you never know who's going to be around. For instance, knowing that cunt BILL, it could be his turn but he'd be off on another GEORGE MICHAEL CONVENTION TOUR.

Anyway, I say that we just discuss it each week. I'll do it quite often but also get you, NICK, MATT or BILL to do it too. As time goes on, we can also let others do it. But all inductions should be agreed to in PMs first.
