    Dave.....zest for life?
    Ed....hates his?

    Dave......financially sound?
    Ed.......can't write a song?

How much time did you spend talking to these guys to develop these conclusions?

I'm a fan of Dave not only for his music but he's a type A personality much like myself. I like to seek out new adventures and LEARN!!!! Not settle and seek mediocrity on a personal level. Strive for the best within yourself. My fraternity had a stellar motto and here's a part of it:

"A man of zeal, yet humble...."

Work hard, play hard and stay hard as opposed to getting shitty and flicking water on people and dressing like a stinking bum.
Allright wiseass, why don't you enlighten me as to you (type-A personality) insists to follow a has been.

Well it started the night that a rumor went around about Van Halen was playing at Camden Yards. I madea couple of posts.

I was on one night and saw "Panamark" making some post saying that "I'm gonna sticky this....music to my ears......read em a weep...."

Well, he was talking about an interview where Hagar was quoted as saying that after the tour was over, it was over. I guess it pissed me off that anyone, who gives a rats ass about people and the band that made DLR famous in the eighties, would revel in the negative news.

So I posted my thread. Well it was removed. So I did not come back for a few weeks. I later found the thread w/ a number of disparaging comments about me.

Well, fuck off, I returned the favor.

I have since apologized to Mark and his girlfriend.

But I have to admit, the reason why I continue to come back is that this is actually enjoyable.

Watching individuals follow a loser like DLR kinda reminds me of my own shortcomings of being a Orioles and Redskins fan. Talk about rooting for the loosing side.

So I know how you feel. You want to support the guy who WAS great. You WANT him back in the VH fold. But the potential of this happening is very small.

What keeps me coming back is how you take this shit so seriously.

Quote from a friend on my Redskins website.........
Go Fuck Your Mother..........I forgot you already did and she wasn't that good (:

Let's see Dave is now a certified EMT at 50 years old.
Dave also is a very advanced martial artist, in shape, kayaks, rock-climbs, travels extensively and recently played to 4000 plus with no new album to promote.

                          Ed....hates his?
Wife dumped his pathetic ass after 20 years of marriage, blesses people with water in drunken stoopers, has "ten albums" worth of "new" material and puts out three of the absolute WORST material he's EVER released, had cancer which lead to the partial removal of his tongue yet STILL smokes, looks like a friggin bum and on and on......

                          Dave......financially sound?
Manhattan is not cheap and especially if his only income were from his VOLUNTEER WORK as an E.M.T. I forgot, he also still has a home in Pasadena, right?

                          Ed.......can't write a song?
                          Well, he hasn't since 1996.

How much time did you spend talking to these guys to develop these conclusions?
                          Just observations and opinions..........

                            Jeeze,

A "loser" now aye? He's accomplished more in his life that you will ever dream of doing and I'm not referring to his tenure in Van Halen.

Again assmunch (may I use munchy for short??)

I do not have a fucking fan site. Three kids and a successful American life, yes. But no fucking fan site. See, to make this comparison between me and DLR you would have to stretch. Like DLR goes from top of the world to a failed Vegas line Singer. To me that would be go from President of a company to a janitor.

I am comfortable in my shoes. When you look at DLR, do you REALLY think he is comfortable in his. STFU, you can see how this fucker has lived his life and KNOW he is an attention hound. Pretty soon, the attention will be extinguished completely.

DLR is a freak show and I'll bet more people go to see him as a circus act that as an artist. But go ahead, you guys keep the dream alive......

                                Well Body Odor,

This IS a David Lee Roth fan site and we come here to rap about him. Dave once said during VH's peak of popularity thet "Rock bands are like barking dogs who chase cars.......They don't last too long." So fucking what? I'm also a father and have a successful life financially and that's neither here nor there.

I'll bet there are probably Doors message boards, right? Why don't you bail over there and let them all know that Morrison is dead. Or go and announce your brilliant discovery to Elvis fans. Please, enlighten them.

I could give a flying fuck if Dave ever plays with Van Halen again. I chill here cos 99.9% of us share a common bond. The fucking music and what it means to us so go climb a tree or try something the least bit productive. Why the fuck do you give such a shit about us?

                                Love,

                                "Munchie"
