As for drinking, do you guys have good quality low alcohol beer ?
Thats what I did.. Switched to the light stuff..

I used to drink spirits, heavily..
Now I enjoy my light beers without getting drunk or getting
hangovers. Just had my liver checked, and it was fine !
(After the 100's of bottles of tennesee whisky Ive consumed
in my earlier years, that surprised me !! )

thats the thing, you are drinking to get drunk.. You can drink
this low alcohol shit till its spilling out your ass, and you are
still sober.. But you do get a mild alcohol buzz, and the sense
of having a drink.. If you are a true alcoholic, you probably
couldnt take this approach, it would just frustrate you and
you would want to drink something stronger...

But it works for me..... (And I used to knock a bottle of Jack or
Jim Beam over each night) Quit smoking eight years ago too..
So if I cant at least crack a cold beer after work (even a low
alcohol one) I would be pissed off at life too !!!!
