I was referring to an ABC News report about how the brain actually can vibrate and shift inside the skull from a nearby blast concussion. I guess it takes a few weeks for some vets to even understand what people are saying. One vet, who also had two teeth blown out of his jaw from an IED attack, was saying it was listening to someone speak a foreign language to you, only their speaking perfect English.
