My brother and I have been nurses in the New Orleans area for many years. We both have countless black friends and have known literally thousands of black patients in the area...

They are scared to death of the criminal element in their own communities. Drugs, murder, rape, theft, etc. was rampant, and nobody was doing anything about it...

It was common knowledge that police officers would not go into these areas, even for reports of murders...


Maybe someone else decided to do something asbout it...
