I'm curious to see how this is going to affect the small business owner. You know, the landscaping company that hires low wage employees or the snack shop owner who's main expense is payroll for his 4 cooks. If Arnold plans on the Calif government to match it dollar for dollar. He's going to have to sell it to the taxpayers.

From what I've gathered, it's the hospitals and doctors shouldering some of the costs.

I think some should be assumed by the insurance companies themselves.

The healthcare system in the US is one of the finest in the world, and also one of the most corrupt.

Making sure everyone is covered is the HUMAN thing to do, regardless of what label someone wants to paint it with.
