So why wouldn't HE get full benefits? In a way... he is paying for everyonelse's families and is denied what would be fair for him to have.

In my mind it all comes down to this: if you're not hurting anyone, and everyone involved is a consenting adult, then I don't give a fuck what you do.

If you want to marry another guy, fine by me.

If you want to marry another girl, fine by me.

If no-one else is harmed, then I just don't see the objection, I really don't....

In the case of politicians... they should really cut the B.S. and concentrate on real issues...

I watched a debate on Gay Marriage and that statistic came up.

I have a big problem with polygammy. My great grandfather was a polygamouse mormon with four wives. I have a copy of his journal. He was not a good man and polygammy is all about control and abuse of women and children.

So I'm not going to say "Oh if it's consensual it's ok to take on another wife." Every country in the world today that allows polygammy is backwards and treats women and children badly.

That's why I define marriage as between a man and a woman.

In my personal oppinion gays don't need marriage and if we give it to them, we open pandora's box because people will say, hey, the gays have marriage so I want polygammy.

If they want to have a private wedding cerimony that's their right but legally I think we need to differentiate marriage as between and man and a woman and gay cohabitation. It gets messy when you dig into all the legal issues.

I also think gay couples should not be able to adopt children. Children need a regular mom and dad.

The whole gay rights thing takes us into an area where we start to confuse gender and that's dangerouse. He and she becomes it.

I agree that we need to make our laws fair. If a gay couple want the same tax breaks as a married couple filing jointly then they should also have the risk of losing half their assets if the relationship breaks up.

I'm for equal treatment of everybody and special treatment of nobody.
