Satrting an illegal war based on not only LIES, But FABRICATIONS of evidence. Bush set out to deceive the American and the World......Amercian people who elected him. His job is to PROTECT American lives, and if the propoganda is to be believed, the United States makes it a priority to "protect the lives of the inncoent around the World".
