Amount of money is no excuse. I don't have a lot of money, does that mean I have an excuse to go rob the first national down the street? Or if my car is broken down do I get to steal another persons vehicle?

I feel bad that they live in a third world war torn nation but for christs sake it is no excuse to attack innocent people who are doing their job.
