I looked at the US air force order of battle a couple of months ago.

An example would be the "Cope India 2004" exercise in which USAF fighters did mock dogfights with the Indian AF, and took heavy losses. Some say they just intentionally "threw" the wargames in order to justify, and exaggerate the need for, the F-22...

Secondly, the prohibitively expensive stealth technologies maybe complete bonk, as I've seen claims that certain Russian air defense radars can be modified to pick them up and the U.S. would be just better off fixing up the current fleet with thrust vectoring and the like, as many of the Russian types--though lacking the tech--are actually more maneuverable in air to air combat. I think a German Luftwaffe pilot who flew left over MIG-29s from East Germany claimed he could regularly down American F-15s/16s if he could get in close...

I probably would trade being ripped off by American corporations for fucking and flying. Sounds good to me. Fly the helecopter and then land and get a bunch of women pregnant and then fly some more and fuck some more.
