Why many black people are going nowhere and continue to blame the white man for their problems is simple, their family situation is a mess. It's not because they are black but more because mom gets knocked up by a different man for every child. She has no choice but to go on welfare. Mom is usually a drug addicted wreak and grandma has to raise the kids. The kids feel they have no future and are easy fodder to be recruited into gangs.

White people are embracing the same trend that has decimated black communities. Once the family unit goes, so does society and the destruction of the black family has done more harm to those people than anything. Once the family is toast, the government can't fix a damn thing.

The figures back you up on the single parent thing but the counter argument would be that the reason is that they are more likely to be socially deprived rather than the color of their skin.

I have a theory that it's much easier for the rich and the poor to split up, it's the people in the middle with financial commitments that are 'forced' to stay together.
