Proposed Constitutional Amendment:

The President shall be filmed and recorded 24 hours a day 7 days a week (including #1, #2, and doing the Mrs.) with high-fidelity media. This will be mandated upon the President-Elect taking office and shall stop upon cessation of the term. The recordings will be reviewed by a panel of 3 appointed as follows: One from the Office of the Supreme Court. One from the Congress. One from the President. No information from this recording will be made public throughout the sitting President's term and will be sealed unless determined needed due to Constitutional Crises. This panel will review the recordings in part or in whole in deference to the panel's discrection every 3 months. This panel will report to the Justice Dept every annum any details it seems fit.
