Totally agree with you and Lounge, THAT's the angle (employee discrimination/harassment) they should have taken... it's not like you can really keep them from opening locations, but can't imagine it NOT being a hostile work environment for an LGBT person...but I also can't really imagine someone identifying themselves as gay even applying there unless it was the only gig in town.

I DO, however, think public sentiment against them has been permanently tarnished.
