Professor bans FAUX noise as a source - and all Hell breaks loose!

Actually a lot of studies have been done that show Fox News is the least biased of the major networks (at least up to December 2011 when I stopped watching). If you remove Hannity & Oreilly from the equation it would look a lot better. Those shows are what are giving it the extreme right lean.

But to be honest I stopped watching just over a year ago and am glad. I don't watch any TV news. I got my am radio in the car & what i find online. (and here)

At least where Foxnews and CNN are concerned... they are both pretty darn good at reporting the actual news.

It's all the commentary shows they host that are slanted one way or the other...

They lie by omission and they edit clips to distort the facts...

Both CNN and FAUX do it...

That's how they silenced the support for Ron Paul...

2 things stood out to me in this video.

1 - Chart could not have been made 100 years ago as the Bhut Jolokia (ghost pepper) is somewhat new to the list. The measurement itself may be 100 years old but not the chart she has there with her.

2 - This bugged me the most. She said "while all the other news outlets showed disgust over the incident". Aren't news outlets not supposed to show disgust? That's not unbiased.


Megan was obviously trying to minimize the incident. Pepper spray might actually be technically a food product but I wouldn't call it that nor would 99% of anyone else. She was trying to be cute and witty with what she thought was a loophole to minimize the event & just comes out looking dumb.
