Well, probably so, if you make them a dietary staple. But that's probably true of potatoes in general, or anything fried, for that matter.

I probably wouldn't eat the Lays chips pictured more than once.... I just think it's a great idea that someone finally made a Sriracha flavored chip. I seldom eat potato chips anymore, but when I do, it's usually Kettle Chips or something organic like that.

Healthier than the big brands, to be sure. But not an actual HEALTH food by any means.
