It depends on the truck. Over 30K for a half ton extended cab is kind of high but 30K for a one ton diesel dually would be pretty cheap.

Thanks on the congrats. It is pretty nice. The beach house in FL is pretty nice also. However, the lake house that we start building in Jan. will be the fulfillment of the dream. We meet the builder tomorrow afternoon on the property to go over a few things before construction starts. Oh why am I telling you this stuff. I'm just a dumb hick who lives in fly-over country. I must have won the lottery or something. Hard work had nothing to do with it. Besides owning property isn't what people want today. It is so much better to piss away your dollars on rent so you can bug out when the bubble goes up.

In Buffalo you do have to worry about stuff like that. Your town is such a booming metropolis with such a low crime rate and your violent crime rate is so low also. Naw, nothing to worry about there.
