If you want to get in shape on a busy schedule do kettle bell workouts. They don't take much time and you get weight lifting and cardio workouts at the same time. Start doing some basic swings at first starting with a 10 or 15 pound kettle bell.No! You can't have the keys to the wine cellar!Comment

I have a completely non science based theory that the main difference on average between our shitty diet and the even shittier diet in the US is the extra insanity of bad US breakfasts but I could be wrong.

Funny but the UK or Canada feeling good about the difference between 35% fat folk compared to 28% or whatever is pretty weak.

I would say physical activity is way down. That's the culprit I see. Maybe consuming more carbohydrates. People drink a lot more soda pop and eat more candy now than they used to.No! You can't have the keys to the wine cellar!Comment

Down here, a big home cooked breakfast is typically eggs, bacon or sausage, biscuits and homemade gravy. I typically have oatmeal for breakfast or a homemade breakfast burrito.American by birth. Southern by the grace of God.
