Ah, Trump's exaggerations don't bother me. What does bother me is that vaccination comment. That shit drives me nuts. Let's say scientists came up with proof tomorrow, irrefutable proof that there was a teeny tiny chance vaccinations might cause Autism. That risk would be a hell of a lot less than the risk of all the diseases that would explode back into society if we stopped vaccinating kids. But there is no proof there's a link between the two, none.

What amazes me is that so many parents are choosing not to vaccinate their kids. I don't know if it's solely fear driven or if it's an elitist attitude - we know better than doctors! - or what. And all the talk you see on the interwebz about parents not being told the risks of certain vaccinations is just patently false. Every time my kid got vaccinated I had to read multiple sheets outlining all possible side effects and the reactions. Then I had to sign all of those sheets in front of the nurse or the doctor. Then I got copies that had a vaccination side effect hotline number on every page where I could report any side effects and/or adverse reactions. It used to make me insane when E would post all that vaccination fear mongering here.

Trump was refering to giving too many shots all at once instead of spreading them out over time.

Yes, I saw that there was 300,000 people who signed the petition to ban Trump from the UK, which isn't good at all considering they are one of our biggest allies.

If Trump runs independent because he's catching the heat from the GOP regarding his temporary ban on muslims that will probably give Clinton a landslide victory next year.

Things go full circle. Great Britain used to be our enemy. We only became allies when they needed us to come over and break the stalemate of World War I and then come in again to exterminate some Nazis. In those days Americans wanted to stay out of wars and got flack for not coming in soon enough. Relations changed after World War II and the cold war united us (in theory). But without empire or industry Britain is just a banking center. They print money from nothing and keep the citizens on the dole so they are more easy to control and as long as they can have the basics they are happy. In theory. Britain is ran by a few elite families but they seem to be smart enough to have happy subjects. Happy enough to not rebel and the elites just play their financial games out of London and screw the rest of the world from there. An old tried and true system. Keep the subjects happy enough and take the rest.

It’s obvious to me that what she was identifying was a city like Detroit or Flint. You want to improve Baltimore? Don’t run it like Detroit. All the people in Detroit and Flint are upset about the water. It’s democrat water.
