A lot of singers don't like AC blowing on them while they're working, I totally get that. Hell, I worked for a singer that specified in the contract rider that his onstage water bottles had to be kept at room temperature, because drinking anything ice cold while singing was difficult for him. I don't think it's schtick on Dave's part.

Actually dude....when I buy bottled water at a 7-11 or something, I look for it room temp or ask for it from the back. When I'm really thirsty I want to chug it. Can't do that when it is chilled. Room temp quenches better & you can drink it faster.

To those who criticise the looks of Sarah Jessica Parker I say 'neigh' - if it would behoove you to have some common courtesy you should stop making such unbridled remarks. It's unfair to saddle her with this level of ugliness.

Someone needs to take the reigns and say "wooooah" this is going too far. Why do we need to trot out these same cracks every time her name comes up?

If she was coming to my town, I'd definitely pony up the cash to see her.

I swear, if I spend much time at a casino I catch a cold after due to everyones germs floating around. That's why you always see people wearing the blue surgical masks. Having it concentrated & blown right in your face for 2 hours is bound to make you sick.

I dunno, I get the impression that you are beating a dead horse here, and pretty much closing the barn door after the horses have fled. It's wrong to look a gift horse in the mouth, and I don't see the need to get on a high horse about the subject. Remember, you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make her drink. Of course, that's a horse of a different color.

Even worse, it's dumb old people trying to beat odds against them when they are on a fixed income usually. The only thing worse than a young dumbfuck is an old dumbfuck who should know better.

Want to go on record and say no blower rant in Montreal. I think the rants are legit. I've played in a place where the AC is on full blast and it really does dry you out.
