I'm curious as to what equipment you used to get such a clean sound capture? I'm pretty sure you didnt use a cell phone for audio quality like that. Also seems like you used a tripod for the video?

I'll answer for him, re: the audio.... the audio he's using is not from the video cameras, he used the audio from a different source (an audio taper that he said he knows) and dubbed it in.... agreed on the sound quality, there are 2 sources out there on Dime as of now and both are very good.....

Doors open at 7:30.....KATG starts at 8:00, plays 45 mins......stage is cleared in 15mins and VH rocks!

they went on basically about 1/2 hour after Kool and the Gang ended, I think they went off at about 8:22.... don't know how long they played because I wasn't in the building when K&TG started, but if you're in the building when they finish, you know you have about 1/2 hour before VH goes on.....

I am really surprised that VH picked OUTTA LOVE AGAIN for the setlist.

That song is the biggest showcase of Roth's whistle screams....

I wonder how that sounded since Roth essentially can't make those screams anymore.

Good job on the splicing, but it would be even better if you would at least acknowledge the people who took the actual video, unless you did somewhere and I missed it....

I would like to thank RLbayers for this. This is without a doubt the most kickass boot I have ever seen. Instead of everyone busting his balls for not giving credit we should all STFU and thank the guy for his efforts.

RL please consider posting this at jamtothis. If you need help, which I doubt you do , please ask Brett. I am sure he will be more than willing to do anything necessary. I prefer them to those other sites. Please feel free to PM me for details. Once again great job and thanks!

no, at Louisville, I think doors were at 6:30, K&TG probably went on right around the posted show time of 7:30 (again, I wasn't in the building when they started, but I was in by 7:45 and they were already playing), plays for 45-50 minutes, 1/2 hour for stage clearing, then VH rocks!...
