Maybe this is what a heroine addict feels like after getting a long awaited fix, shooting up in the corner of some abandoned building and just not giving a fuck about what the rest of the world thinks...TATTOO"
Dave: Do you have a gun?
Female caller: No
Dave: Why not?
Female caller: Because I'm not violent
Dave: No, but other people are. Do you think they're not going to come to your door because you have good taste? What are you going to do? Call ghostbusters?
After exchanging a few more words Dave said "I feel like I'm talking to Barbie, lets take another call."

You KNOW I got the blues.
Can you dig it?

If you want to upload your DLR WZLX radio show audios to rotharmy.com, convert the format to 128 Kbps, RealOne Player (*.rm) format, then you will be ready to have them uploaded. Would be best to delete out all the commercials and dead air time to keep the file sizes down.
I have the RealPlayer format conversion software (Real Producer Plus) and registration key, if you need a copy. It costs $200 for the software, but for you, I will give you a copy of it and the registration key free. The conversion software is easy to use, and I would be happy to help you if needed.
You need a good size email account for me to forward the Real Producer Plus software, as it’s 8.9 MB compressed.

Billy Gibbons has his ZZ Top Eliminator (33 Ford Coupe) and some other of his custom cars and bikes on display at the Peterson Automotive Museum (HodRod Magazine). Here’s a pic of the display, and a pic of Billy at a party 6 weeks ago.
Today's show was way better than yesterday's, and I expect Dave to keep improving.
Someone asked him about van hagar , and he went on a rant about how a band is an "organic" thing that evolves from 3, 4, or 5 guys that grew up together, lived near each other, listened to the same music, etc., and if you try to artificially manufacture a band, it won't have the same "organic" properties. He likened it to today's "boybands"(n'sync, backstreet boys, etc.), but admitted it was sometimes effective, saying that the Monkees had some cool songs, even though they were manufactured.
He also gave a great analogy, using Alice Cooper, as an example of how a great band evolves organically, but saying that when Alice dropped his original band and used hired guns, the music was nowhere as good. He didn't specifically tool on Van Hagar, but he subtly got his point across.
