^yeah, I guess that's true. Jeez, the Sisters are more immature than I am, and I'm only a teenager, plus, they bitch more than when I'm PMSing! What has VH turned into?

"So there, I am, in Sri Lanka, formerly Ceylon, at about 3 o'clock in the morning, looking for one thousand brown M&Ms to fill a brandy glass, or Ozzy wouldn't go on stage that night. So, Jeff Beck pops his head 'round the door, and mentions there's a little sweets shop on the edge of town. So - we go. And - it's closed. So there's me, and Keith Moon, and David Crosby, breaking into that little sweets shop, eh. Well, instead of a guard dog, they've got this bloody great big bengal tiger. I managed to take out the tiger with a can of mace, but the shopkeeper and his son... that's a different story altogether. I had to beat them to death with their own shoes...Nasty business, really, but sure enough I got the M&Ms, and Ozzy went on stage and did a great show..."

I tend to side with Ed in this case. It sounds like most of these people were not even fans so they so rate pretty low in life. If you are around Ed for 45 minutes with no success it is your problem - not his. Also, on this last tour Mikey and Sammy did sign lots of stuff. Alex even took a few seconds to sign which is pretty rare these days. As far as Ed, he didn't sign stuff but he got plenty of pics to fans - of course there is no obligation to do any of this.

Looks like if Ed keeps going on the same path he is currently on... in 10 more years, he will be like Howard Hughes was before he died.

A hermit, (no Vegas hotel, just 5150), walking around naked except for Kleenex boxes for shoes, fingernails grown out to 6 inches, hair and beard down to his belly, afraid to touch or get near anyone. Except in this case, he won't be afraid of germs, just having to give an autograph. Mumbling under his breath about LSD, worn out hips, "mother fucker better be wearing a cup", etc.

WOW! If there's truth to that story, it SO sucks. I'd always knew Ed as a nice guy. That really sucks, I am apalled that he treated fans like that.

On another note, back in the 80's, when Rush was big, my brother and I got to hang withthem whenever they were in town. They are (or were) totally cool. They even went bowling with us. It was so cool & fun. True story,no shit.
