    Alex calls it quits!

    Didn't see this posted yet, so id thought Id throw it in.


    No link yet, but the radio stations have played several times now, an excerpt from an interview done with the Hollywood Reporter that drummer Alex Van Halen has stated he is finished with the music industry and NOTHING will prompt him to play again. Years of touring have apparently lead to his decision.

    First Sammy says he's out now Alex? Guess what? Dave and Ed tour 2005/06.

                  still cant find a direct link, but by tommorow it should be plastered everywhere. They kept replaying it all day in the news breaks on the radio here. I almost shit myself with joy. I heard about the Sam news, but when Sam say's he's leaving it usualy means "for now"... But the drummer? :D Fak yeah! So long asswipe! Your shoes will easily be filled.

                  Lets see... Who could Dave and Ed get to play bass and drums for them while touring? Hmmmm....

                                              Do you really think Ed's not far behind? He can hardly function with Alex - can you imagine what will happen now that his security blanket is hanging it up. It's over folks. I hate to admit it myself, but it is. I think it's only a matter of time before Ed does the same thing. I'm happy with just Dave carrying the torch.
