    I know that voice!

    Good-ol' DLR!!!!

Cue the jungle drum intro of "Everybody Wants Some"....

    OHHHHH------WHOAH-WHOAH-WHOAH-WHOA........

You know what's next, that crazy-assed BROWNSOUND screechin' and scrailin', we've all heard it a gazillion times.

The song takes off and a bit of advice is offered up...

"YOU CAN'T GET ROMANTIC ON A SUBWAY LIIIIIINE!"

Kinda know it by heart dont'cha? Heard it a gazillion times.

    Am I right?

    I know I have.

That being said, does it ever get old? As I was reaching for the volume nob, it hit me. I know what you're thinking, it wasn't a car-pool van full of Jessica Simpsons. It was the fact that I've probably turned that song up a gazillion times, and it's never gotten old.

Great post and thread, Stoff!! I hear ya too! Classic VH is timeless man. From VH to 1984, you can pop any of em in your CD player or hear a tune on the radio, whatever the case may be and STILL BLAST THE WAX outta your ears!! It'll never get old...

Yeah. Granted, I had not listened to much CVH in recent years. Heard them so much in the 80s I kinda got burned out.

But once I got on here at the DLR MOTHERFUCKING ARMY, and certainly once I found the Zero and After Zero collections, and all the incredible bootlegs, I have been listening quite a bit.

      Dave never gets old.

      Spammy is unlistenable. PERIOD.

Every spring my love of the slack-jawed, audio adrenaline that is Vintage VH is renewed.

There's a little more swagger in my step. The girls look a little prettier and my trousers fit a little tighter up front.

Your honor, let the records show that tits and ass have been the same for eons. Something that juicy never gets old.

Stoffa - when I saw this thread, I thought you were talking about waiting on a renunion.

And we all know what the answer to that would be....

But as far as the power of the music.....

            Are you kidding me?
