The coolest fanbase you have, has gotta go to your drummer's site to get any info....and even he isn't one hundred percent correct!

He does care, I've never said he doesn't to the extent that I sure he would prefer to be making hits and selling out hockey halls. But the fact that he knows he's only going to attract diehard fans and some just looking for any kind of rock at their summer festival shows that he isn't under any illusions. He's probably not making that much touring other than his equivalent of beer money.

If you read the book, Dave tells you that he used to do all the promo stuff, design T-shirts, posters, album covers, the Videos etc etc

Now it seems he doesnt care any more about any of this shit.
Computer savy or not, you would've thought Dave with all his creativity would embrace the internet and have a kick ass web site. But the truth is that his page sucks big Sammy balls.

I dont know about his recent tours, but when I went to see him last year in London I had to buy a T-shirt outside from a bootlegger!?!!??

As for his concerts, his show is 90% CVH songs. Why is that? Is he just playing it safe going for the bigger possible audience??

I am sorry to say, as much as I love the man and his music it seems as if he has lost interest.

Perhaps he is already thinking about retirement behind a radio microphone.

Okay fine... heres one thing I hate about Dave these days.

His cancelling shows.

He has just cancelled the second show I was planning on seeing him at this summer.

First Summer Fest... now Silver Mountain.

I understand he doesn't need the money...

I understand hes just playing a few shows here and there...

I understand Dave does what he wants to do...

But this is really unfair!
