David Lee Roth did a little Skit with Slash's Snakepit (I think around 1995) It was Slash's Snakepit playing Welcome to the Jungle while DLR Was ment to sing. But the clever bit was, Each time he accidently burst into the wrong thing. They played it 4 times in total before Slash had a fight with David. It was rather amusing as at first, DLR sings runnin' with the devil, Then he sings Welcome to the Devil and then Runnin' with the Jungle. The whole time Slash and Roth were shouting abuse at each other, Lee Roth making jokes about Slash's hair and Slash making jokes about Roth being out of a job. A Genious MP3 I once had, Shame I can't find it anywhere.

Yeah, I got sidetracked but I kinda thought some of you guys might be intereasted in that little peice of information.

And I honestly don't see how Guns n' Roses can be a True Rock N' Roll band and Velvet Revolver cannot. Does one have to do drugs and smoke and drink like there's no tomorrow to be a true rock n' roller? Is it really to do with "Attitude"? Since when has Rock N' Roll actually been CONFORMING to an image?

Oh, And the whole Skit thing was obviously a joke which both David and Slash took a laugh in. In the end it's all a big joke, As long as you have a good time doing whatever it is you do what does it matter?

I too secound that D.B. Bach has an amazing voice, Would've been awesome with VR. Weilands alright in my book though.

I AGREE! SEBASTIAN is on top of my ultimate frontman list just behind DAVE! I have followed him! Seen him on BROADWAY twice and playing JESUSCHRIST in JC SUPERSTAR! Awesome ROCKSTAR very nice in person *cough cough*! Loved my photos I had of him and gladly took a set home with him!! !! !!!DT

Did you see Slash and the boys trying out the signers? Do you think Dave would have "tried out" to be in someone elses band? Slash's project wanted control;, not a bad thing just not right for Dave.
