First off. I think this thread is fuckin retarded. I dont think the Mighty fuckin DLR should have any cover songs on his albums. Dave does not need to borrow some one else's creativity. Yes the covers he has done are fuckin amazing but why would a distinguished singer and the best front man of all time need to make a cover song. This thread makes me fuckin sick.

No? You would think you have to at least purchase these rights to make a profit from it though? Yeah im sure there is a legality to it. But Im also sure the artist in this case, Sammy, prob wouldn't have any control over who could do his material as long as the record company ok's the monetary issues.
