Dave talked about INXS most of the morning,I had to tune out after that,Got busy at work.
That is what was so crazy about the other morning,Im driving to work listening to a cd that I made and got tired of hearing it,switched to radio and was flipping stations when I tuned in to the Roth show.
Exactly when I tuned in I hear..."Jody,Go ahead" and Im like
There is NO way that this could be anyone else but Carmine,Im driving along at like 80 mph celebrating that he made it on the show with Dave..It was that excitement that inspired this thread..I didnt come here looking to start shit,I just thought yall would appreciate as fans that one of our own got on with Roth.
When I say that I mean that we share one common thing....We are ALL Roth fans,And thats what we celebrate here,Isnt it?Comment

I spoke to Roth too several weeks back. Good exchange, he seemed gracious towards my compliments re: the show.
The latest rumor is that Camp Freddy - Dave Navarro's current band - will be the next Rock Star band in search of a singer. This to me is FAR worse and a much deeper travesty than if Van Halen had done it.
Sorry to be the one to say it here, but the legacy and influence of Jane's Addiction is MUCH more relevant and vast than dinosaurs like Van Halen. And to see it destroyed by this cheesy crap...
