I think Dave once stated that his management places a call to the brother's management every year. Earlier this year Dave did say he talked with Alex so maybe that's when things started moving.

For the longest time I had convinced myself that a reunion will never happen and I just need to be content with maybe getting some new Dave material and the occasional summer tour and that will be that. I forced myself not to get my hopes up...


Then, with one little comment on Stern, that drunken, spaced out turd Ed smashes all that and once again (just like 1996 & 2000), my hopes are through the fucking roof! And once again, those same hopes will probably be smashed into a million little tiny fucking pieces.


Please guys...either shit or get off the fucking pot! Give us die hards one last dance with CVH and then do whatever the fuck you want.



One new album, one tour...that's all I am asking for. After 20+ years of waiting, I don't think that's too much to ask for.

i just want a box set of cvh with unreleased material ,rare outtakes and live concert ..... and dvd of live cvh on every tour ..... having seen van halen in 1981 ,1982 ,1984 ,nothing will top that . ahhhhh the memories .... you cant recreate the past .
