See, Im wondering if Eddie used the songs from with Dave from 2000, to put on this new album. Just Sam singing instead. And I imagine Dave gets a royalty check for his 15 or 16 song contribution on this BOV2. Probably a pretty healthy one. Dave is pretty notorious for making good financial decisions. He knows whats proper and whats not. Case in point. "Roth sues VH Bros. for past royalty fees"...Although I think that suit is still ongoing, because Ive heard nothing from that since. Anyone else know? Ive heard he was getting .15 cents a song, while the drummer Al was getting .30 cents just after their failed reunion in 96. That sound right? So they intentionally stole from Roth. Nice........

Yeah but Dave can laugh all the way to the bank with the Van Hagar tour. I read interviews where Ed said he was against putting cover tunes on Best Of compilations and here we have Dancin in the Street and You Really Got Me? Where is So This Is Love and Mean Street. And how could he allow 3 live Dave era tunes sung by Hagar on this cd. Why all the repeats from BOV 1.
Ed stated that he has enough material for 10 cd's, Where is it? He also stated he would never do a reunion tour unless a complete cd of new tracks was released.
