    Minimum Age for Employment:

No support band then and if you include the soundcheck a pretty short show....

So only tours during school holidays. No world tour for Kiddie Van Halen.

    No Pyro's?

No performing with a mentally ill addict?

Is Roth allowed to say naughty words on stage?

    Cheers!

I dont mean to bust your chops here Shesh.
But on March 16 2007( hence the Van Hagar track 316) Wolfgang will be 16 years old. Thus those labor laws will no longer apply to him. He could even drop out of school if he wants.

If Ed treated Wolfie like Joe Jackson treated Michael Jackson, then Wolfie would have been playing with Van Hagar back in the mid-90's when he was 5 years old.

I think he was writing the lyrics back then, actually.

The laws don't mean shit as long as Wolfie is under the supervision of his father, who will be right there on stage with him anyway.
Rock and Roll isn't considered a job unless you are a roadie and on a payroll.
Musicians are not on any pay roll, they provide a service and get paid a fee for services rendered.
Technically, it isn't considered labor to play a guitar, bass, or drums in this country.
Of course, he'll be required to pay taxes on any cash recieved though.

Dad will be fully responsible for Wolfie on this tour, if he is actually on this tour.
Child Services could be another issue if things get out of hand in the presence of the wrong people though. He's still considered a minor in his home state.
Valerie will be in tow i am quite sure. she doesn't strike me as dumb on the Rock Touring Lifestyle.

Besides, has anyone else noticed that Ed is still wearing his wedding ring? LMMFAO...

That's an insult to Wolfie's lyrical ability.
