Also, you just can't compare anything those guys do now with Sammy or maybe Dave in the future to the untouchable past songs they wrote in their hayday. Every new tune they put out will never measure up to the classic suff.

Ed don't have the "brown sound" anymore, and that really bothers me. How can you go from the perfect tone to what he has now...I just don't understand. There were some interesting parts in the song, but like someone pointed out, the structure isn't there. It is like he pieced it together, and he didn't use a good glue. :DComment

I enjoyed the first 35 seconds of music. From there, the structure went haywire and I felt embarassed for Ed. The solo was a complete mail-in.
In fact, the part I liked reminded me of a Roth vibe. More confrontational musically like Fair Warning or Humans Being. It's a paradox of Ed being depressed and Sammy trying to party like it's 1989.
