Dave wouldn't have been sharing the spotlight with Hagar had he come. He would've been the <U>face</U> of the Classic Van Halen. Don't forget that the media said he was offered the chance to sing with Velvet Revolver NOT Sam and Mike.

I don't think it mattered if Dave showed up or not. Who watched it? W@hat kind of ratings did it get? I'll bet the number who watched it was low. I don't think it hurt to not be there as much qas some think.

They could've made it the "Van Halen" show had they shown the fuck up!
