I know it's rough in the ghetto but let me walk witchu
          Talk witchu, uh-huh, yeah-hea
And for the ones who put you down and said you wouldn't make it
But you still held your ground and came up out that basement
In the memory of those that we lost, it's deicated
          We miss y'all, uh-huh, yeah-hea

          [Jay-Z] + (R. Kelly)
This right here this whole album's..
in the memory of all our fallen soldiers (uh-huh)
we lost along the way (ohhhhhoooh) knahmsayin, ghetto to ghetto
City to city, worldwide, we got y'all, y'knahmean?

          [Jay-Z]
We got this locked for two reasons: we from the hood
plus we promised both our mommas that we would
Kel - take 'em to church

[R] The best of.. both worlds - ohhhhHHH!

          [Jay-Z]
We mastered this, don't you know
I eat +Ether+ and breathe acid, weak bastards
We copped and we crash it
Then we cop again cause we are classic
Let me speak for ya R we "Scarface" re-enacted
          "The Godfather" trilogy re-casted
But it's real like we grievin for Aaliyah with the masses
But I hope my boy Dash get to see it when he passes
I feel her soul when the Lee passes
When the wind blows, it's almost like I see her in the Hamptons
Even more reason to be up in them mansions
Laid back, feet up in the hammock, I'ma live for ya
Big too, 'til they put me in the grave
I'ma floss 'til they toss me a Bed-Stuy parade
'Til Chi-Town make a nigga Mayor for a day
In the memory of Joanne Kelly, let us pray

[R] Both worlds... welcome to the best of both worlds

            Best Of Both Worlds--Van Hagar

            Oh yeah
            Come on

You get the limo out front
Hottest styles, every shoe, every color

Yeah, when you're famous it can be kinda fun
It's really you but no one ever discovers

In some ways you're just like all your friends
But on stage you're a star

You get the best of both worlds
Chill it out, take it slow
Then you rock out the show

You get the best of both worlds
Mix it all together (oh, yeah) and you know that it's the best of both worlds

            The best of both worlds

You go to movie premiers (is that Orlando Bloom?)
Hear your songs on the radio
Livin' two lives is a little weird
But school's cool cuz nobody knows

Yeah you get to be a small town girl
But big time when you play your guitar

You get the best of both worlds
            Chillin' out take it slow
Then you rock out the show

You get the best of both worlds
Mix it all together and you know that it's the best of both
You know the best of both worlds

            Pictures and autographs
You get your face in all the magazines
The best parts that you get to be who ever you wanna be

            Yeah best of both
You get the best of both
            Come on best of both

Who would of thought that a girl like me
            Would double as a superstar

You get the best of both worlds
            Chillin' out, take it slow
Then you rock out the show

You get the best of both worlds
Mix it all together and you know that it's the best of both worlds

You get the best of both worlds
Without the shades and the hair
            You can go anywhere

You get the best of both worlds
            Mix it all together
            Oh yeah
It's so much better cuz you know you've got the best of both worlds

Would love to hear a reunion album '85-'86 style even if they use the same music Dave was writing on 5150.

No different than Bon Scott penning the lyrics to Back in Black when Brian Johnson replaced.
There is a difference.... in that Brian is a more adequate replacement for Bon than Sammy was for Dave.

Brian's not as crazy as Bon was, but he still can kick ass.

                  Sammy's just an ass.

Loons didn't post the real lyrics, because I think part of the chorus includes "what it's worth" and "heaven right here on earth" or some drivel like that.

Are you sure it didn't list Dave as a writer for the money grab oh i mean 2nd greatest hits cd in 10 years containing the same songs as the first one "Best of Both Worlds." As I vowed never ever to own that cd there were lots of roth songs on there so that is the only way someone could say roth was a writer on best of both worlds
