No,nothing going on with my band,its not active since 2007 but sometimes we
rehearse just for fun,music industry is pretty much dead,and i do not post around here anymore
because the board is super slow since its design change and nothing new at DLR/VH Camp,there's no much to comment.

I'm like the others who do the scream while inhaling. It's the only way I can pull it off and not hurt my throat. I don't have the chops to do it any other way, though I'd love to figure it out.

And anyone who does a yelp like this probably knows that, yes, it's easy to do, but it's a WHOLE 'NOTHER BALLGAME when you try to shift gears to scream in the middle of a song. Not easy. For me, at least.

To do this you must do the inhale technique. You can reach the VH tunes like what I did and it is much better for me than exhaling.

Okay "inhale technique-ers"... How does one do the scream while doing the diaphragm exhales? (i.e. the laughing scream in Unchained) You might be able to replicate it by inhaling, but Dave is definitely exhaling.

One thing about Uncle Dave. And this is a large part of the excitement VH brought to the world.

Dave does not just sing. You notice that when he is not singing, he is screaming, hollering, whooping, and in general making a bunch of noise......"I like the way the line goes up the back of her stockings....".

As if he incapable of just staying quiet in general.

That is why he is the greatest rock FRONTMAN in history. You never knew what kind of story-tale he would tell onstage, what kind of ribald comment, lewd joke, lascivious statement he would make, and that is just from in between songs!

Kinda like HE was extremely excited to be where he was (in studio or onstage) and demonstrated it constantly.

All other vocalists sang their lyrics, maybe did a moan, or a scream occasionally, and in between songs, did their best to get the crowd going "HEY (insert city here).....ARE YOU READY TO ROCK AND ROLL TONIGHT?!?!?!?!?"
