I am excited about the new tour...been a DLR/VH fan for over 20 years but I am NOT excited about excluding Mikey and I am NOT going to insult the guy....Why? Because I saw Mikey perform for VH concert after concert for years and heard NONE of you complaining then...Mikey is a solid performer, can play the shit out of the bass and deserves some respect from life long VH fans...Just because EDDIE is pissed at Mikey for having a LIFE A CAREER, does not mean I am going to turn on the guy...I dont like Sammy in VH but I dont begrudge Mike working with him because they both GET IT...Its about the fans...They love playing and they bring fans in...

I don't think anyone that's a true VH fan is insulting MA. I know i'm not. The thing is, he is honestly just an average bass player, with killer high background vocals. Was he an important part of the bands early yrs., i would say yes. The reason why some are slagging on him though is for his lack of loyalty to VH. Anyone that would start a band with a fired lead singer and call themselves the Other Half, was just looking for this type of abuse.

I truly believe the reason why Dave is back in the band is because Ed and Al know there is nobody that is more passionite about the VH legacy and how it is represented than Dave.

I think Spammy will try and make what he can off this and MA is probably kicking his own ass for being loyal to the wrong side.

I read over yonder someone saying that MA and Hagar's show or touring venture will be "closer to VH" than this tour. LMAO!!! K, we take 1/4th of the original lineup alligned with the replacement singer versus 3/4ths of the original lineup and....

It doesn't matter anyway cos this tour is on and 'tis the bees fucking knees.

I think they already summed it up during their less than lackluster appearance at the RNRHOF ceremony. Hence, nobody (outside of a few crybabies within this online community) could care less about those two wabozos.

Anthony's also made plenty of statements during recent radio interviews. Sure, he has a right to be bummed cos his wallet ain't gonna be fattened (unlike his own waistline or his lifepartner's) by the ammount of $$$ that everyone else will ultimately make.
