Honestly, you can't tell shit from the bass track. The RW el Diablo parts are one note. bomp. bomp. bomp. Same for the rest of them. Probably just programmed in.

The amp sound does mimic shit. I agree, it isn't tone.

I've re-listened to those clips from the EVH gear site, and I'm thinking that they were recorded on a 5150 II, not the 5150 III that Ed used at Namm.

This "new" band is going to be the best we have heard in over 20 years.

I wish I could be in the US next month to witness this. Dave is going to try very hard to make this exactly better than any previous VH tour ever.

Trouble brewing is, DLR still takes over at the announcement (possibly staged) but Ed still had to hold his tongue and try to get a word in. Comments about Valerie were probably not welcome.

THis is going to be the greatest reunion (new band) in the last 20 years!!!!

Looking for excuses then don't even bother wasting your time posting crap.

The band as it is currently is going to be sensational.

Everyone who is is sad for whatever reason... your tears are down the the drain.

Mikey is not going to be on stage. But Dave is, Eddie is, Alex is... and Wolfie is going to prove himself there. No way would the band go ahead with this if Wolfie was hopeless. Mike would be there.

Fuck you whiners and sad asses. You can be depressed about this and every other sad part of your lives... or... you can be happy that DLR is back with VH.

See ya in Cabo where the musici really is..Ed bad choice and at the end of this facade you will see ..no Mike no Sammy = one messed up band .. Mark thses words Sammy and Mike will be back in the next saga of VH
