Mikey was out there as Ed and Alex's spy and the report came back that DLR doesn't have it any more.
The whole reason the Dave/Sam tour happened was for VH to pick their singer.

Yeah, I kinda doubt that's true. They both had a lot of negative stuff to say about VH at the time (as did Mikey).

At the same time, Mikey would pick Spammy anytime anyway. The too of them have been getting together to eat entire giant bags of Lay's chips, fried chicken, entire watermelons each, marshmellows, boxes of velveeta, jars of cheeze whiz, entire apple pies, plates of hamburgers, tubs of ice cream, vats of margarine, seas of breaded shrimp...oh, and a can each of diet pop...to help lose weight.

This is true, and I was wondering if you were going to bring it up. The thing is that Dave was a freaking slave driver. But when Dave was with the band they were active. Burn out is a common occurence in every band. Just look at how many of them suffer the seven year thing. Either dead or divorced-that is what happens. Gotta have time to enjoy the money or it kills ya. I think there was a lot more to the break up than just not wanting to make that one album. But I will acknowledge your above made point as correct.
