I think it's a good idea for VH to keep it a low profile, no need to disrupted the harmony in the band!
Only good thing could come out of a Rolling Stone cover/ interview is VH recording an new album and they want to use it to increase sales by annoucing the release to general CVH fans or anyone who might want to check out!!
What I don`t understand is that, Van Halen and Dave did interviews for rolling stone, this time last year, after their first rehearsal. During this tour, there has been no interviews at all. I hope this is just a ploy, to stop the press opening old wounds and stirring shit, to ensure the tour is completed. Maybe, there will be no futher press until a new album is complete.

True that...but walking into all these music stores, or cool underground style clothing retailers like Mid-West Trader, and seeing no VH t-shirts amongst the rows of tees for other bands......pissess me off!
