No, I agree with ya man. There is too much bitching here lately. The praise for Dave is abundantly clear, but the Eddie/Sam bashing is outweighing what this site is supposed to be. Im 100% in agreement. Unfortunatley, nobody can censor anybody. (even idiots need to speak their minds) But yeah, music is the ammo, for Dave is our gun. I dont care about Van hagar, Sam, Ed, Al or Mike, unless it involves talking about Dave.

Where the hell have you been, they said theyd be playiong old songs in many interviews. You have to stop reading so much mindless dribble that flows over here.

Thanks for the idiot comment, I appreciate it! I do agree that there is WAY too much Spam talk, and I'm one of the main offenders.............however it's only natural with this sham... er tour underway there will be mucho threads devoted to Van Hagar etc. I already see it dying down however. You know what though?! People like LSD try to play the innocent role, as if they are just here to talk music, but how many times have they attacked Dave on their very first posts here?! Most of them come with the sole purpose of trying to start shit here, then saying "Oh I love Dave............" DLR ARMY........"learn it, love it , live it!" Those last words courtesy of BT in an earlier post some weeks back.......

BT, if the sheep are gonna come in here bashing Dave, then we are going to defend him even if it means bashing Spammy and the others.

Maybe so, but when I first checked out this site, I thought it was a classic van halen site and would be a good place to get some old bootleg's etc. It took me about 3 minutes to realize this is a depressing, out of reality, shithole.

But its entertaining in its highest form.

That post was directed at LSD, not you! :D I was just agreeing with him that there is too much Sam talk. I hate Sam, like most here, so why talk about it? Really? Whats left to say? And yes, "learn it, love it and live it" were my words, more than just two weeks ago- Im well aware of what I say. But that in itself is a stand point in my feelings towards Roth. Not just anti-Sam. I would just rather talk about Dave. Seems to me, everyone is starting a "Hagar is Fat" thread, or "Sam is Gay" thread. Gets a little boring and monotonous. Especially when the people posting these threads are using Sams name more than Daves and they are Dave fans????

My advice on "defending Roth" would be to ignore the idiots that start shit for no reason. You can tell who is wise and who is a shit disturber.
I think its hilarious that all we can muster up is a few short jabs at Sam's weight problem, his attire and Ed's drinking. Is that all we, here in the Army, have left to talk about? Lets defend Roth, by explaing why he is better than Sam and the boys, rather than, "your fat, he's fat, your gay, he's gay...blah blah..." Know what I mean?

Whatever, you know all buddy. I think its amazing that you think that Hagar fans dont like the classic Van halen. We love it, who doesnt. What we dont like is the complete and utter disrespect to the band now, as if Dave is a saint in all of this. He quit the band. They went on with another vocalist and evolved.
