I just got a tidbit from a friend who's working on the packaging for the 'Best of Both Worlds' CD. Eddie insisted there be no David Lee Roth pics anywhere in the booklet or artwork.

that cant be true...it really cant. that is just down right rediculous. i would love it if they included pictures but just blurred him out...can you imagine the ARMY then? it cant be true...right?

Seems odd...considering he is allowing Roth songs on the album. They must really not like the guy. This is worth it just to hear the folks at the army whine some more in the depths of their ignorance.

True or not, I think it's fucking funny. They should include pictures of him, but be rediculous and childish... put a big slash through him or something like that... my god, do you know how many people would BLOW UP at that? My god, the Army would become an Edward lynch mob!

Ok Brett, as webmaster of this site i know you have an obligation to moderate what is being said here. that said, just out of curiosity

I checked out the dlr "army" website to see what is being said over there...damn these ppl have no class whatsoever. they actually have a "sammy hagar insult generator" to email insults to sam and/or whoever else you wish. the fact that they have an insult generator just shows that these "rothtards" are obviously unable to come up with something witty from their own minds and cant think for themselves. there is NOTHING on sammy hagar's site that even comes close to what the hell those inbred mullets are doing over there, that just goes to show that sammy (and his fans) have some level of class. look, i love van halen, with roth, and with sam. im a bigger fan of sammy (obviously) i was a fan of his before he joined VH. sammy is just a better fit. dave's time is gone, and, for a relatively short time, so was sammy's. but i am glad, actually im ecstatic, that hagar is back in the band. even if roth were reunited with the band, i'd still go to the show, and buy the record. i wouldnt be as happy as i am with sammy, but i AM a VAN HALEN fan. so , in closing, i want to say welcome back sammy, welcome back van halen, and if you roth lovers out there dont like the current state of van halen, stay outa here. we dont need you coming around ruining our good time, and a DAMN good time it will be.
