Contrary to all the misfires we have had to live through,
the worst abomination being the Van Hagar 2004 tour,
I never gave up on the idea. So it was more like, fuck
me dead ?? Finally you bastards !
Bummer about Sammy's cameo bass boy... but
they have their endless chicken fields to run around
in now... Its all good for everyone !

And hey, I still dont discount Sammy allowing Mikey
to leave his bedroom and return for another tour.
You know how it goes with these guys, expect the unexpected.
Then reverse whatever the hell it was you just thought...

As of today I know Dave and Ed are recording, that makes
me happy, everything has come full circle...

They would be seriously fucked not to be able to outdo
"shit myself for breakfast" and that chickenshit crap ....
(No offence Satch, nice try, but did you study Hagar's history
as a lyricist ???) Im guessing you are well aware now...
Moved a few units, guess it wasnt all bad....
BABY PANA 2 IS Coming !! All across the land, let the love and beer flow !
    Love ya Mary Frances!

that sucks, dude, she seemed pretty cool.

to the original question, I suppose the fact that I bought tix for the first two nights spoke to my confidence that it would last....

of course, opening night being within a 4 hour drive sure didn't hurt.

it was an expensive few months there, but I wouldn't trade any of the 6 nights. sure, it wasn't perfect, but there was a bit of magic there.

opening night for the pure history of it, and night #2 in Greensboro, for the people I got to meet, are lifetime memories......

mark, I don't recall from back then, but did you make the expensive flight over here to catch a show? given the risk question, that would've been a ballsy move.

maybe with any luck they'll go world tour next year.
