2) Michael Anthony seems to have given up his rights to the 1984 album but not to any of the others. According to this he is even listed for Up For Breakfast and How Many Say I. (Although if it was me I would be trying to get my name taken off those)

I wonder same thing about "big bad bill"
MA lost his rights for 1984 in 2000 ? with remasterering of 6 packs , and mc donald add additionnal rights for "I'll wait"
