Kid is ripping it up on the new album. So great to put all the doubts from the 07/08 tour in the garbage. This band is firing on all cylinders. Wolf deserves massive amounts of props.

I hear ya people and I agree with all the nice things that have been said towards Wolfie, And I agree that the kid is very talented. But to me without Mike Anthony it's not Van Halen. Well let me specify it is a form of Van Halen but not the real deal. I miss the soaring harmonies and MA overall personality in the band. So I guess I'm going to get flamed here folks but it is what it is (in my world anyway!!) Better then nothing but not as cool as it could have been!!!!

Make a statement that a original member was left out of a reunion tour for a really LAME reason and get a hateful response...jeez. Just a general statement that everyone keeps talking about the great VH reunion and its not a reunion. It's a side project folks..........Guess I should have posted this on a Michael Anthony Thread as opposed to a Thank Wolfgang thread.....Sorry.....

I can agree, in part, with what you've said here. Certainly the ORIGINAL 4 members of Van Halen re-united would be a dream come true for any fan. But...the point of my THANK YOU to Wolfgang is due to the fact that he alone brought his father, and in turn, Van Halen and David Lee Roth back together in 2006...
