They are definitely fun. I also heard them on WBAB on Van Halen day. They said they were adding some new tunes (ADKOT) to their set. Hope you enjoy!

The funny thing is, last time I saw them they were playing at Nappertandy's in Miller Place. The bartender was bullshitting with my brother and I, telling us how the lead singer was at the bar 3 hours early limbering up and practicing his Roth kicks....lmao.....I thought that was pretty damn funny....hey, at least the guy is dedicated. Musically, their not bad though....it's a good night out. Could be worse, you could show up to a local bar and find my band playing covers all night!!!!
What's your band? What kind of music do you do? I saw them at nappertandys too. Gonna try and go again soon. My hubby says he will see them with me but I need to behave if they play hagar. I think I embarrassed him last time! Not sure I can commit to better behavior though!

I don't blame you at all for behaving a certain way upon hearing any Spamburgler tunes. My band's name is 4th coming......gay name , I know. We play all covers.....Judas priest, Motley, Metallica, Scorps, a Poison tune, a Cinderella tune here and there, Kiss, ACDC, working on a VH tune or two now that we have a new, quality lead guitarist...and some newer stuff like 3 doors down and a lifehouse tune...also a few old school Elvis covers like Jailhouse rock, some Beatles tunes....we heavy em up a little bit. I play drums and am the lead singer. We do it just for fun, don't take ourselves too seriously. I'll let you know next time we play!!!

Cool! Let me know also if you hear of anyone looking for a guitarist. My husband plays and is great....professionally trained. He wants to join a hard rock or metal tribute band. Or straight vh.

Wow, really......that's great news.....I just might have to drop you guys a line about that. We found a new guitarist a few months back....real nice guy, laid back, can definitely play, but he's trying to work his girlfriend into singing lead on some tunes. She's not bad, not blown away by her though. She wants to play stuff like Journey, Pat Benatar, Joan Jett, and a Pink tune of all things.....Nothing against that music but I'm not in love with that stuff. I would love to start cranking out the VH.....guitarists who can pull that off are few and fer between. I'll definitely drop a line in the not so distant future and maybe your husband and I can shoot the shit.

I agree, the new singer for the Punks is terrible...with Ralph and Russ, they fuckin' smoked, his DLR was dead on.Pretty much the only singer I've ever heard do Roth without royally ruining it,or making fun of him.

Like some said before, under the right influences, it was like legit early 80's Van Halen.

I thought it was "Heaven Tonite" with Joe Lynn Turner (criminally underrated vocalist) on lead vocals. I think it's the only song by Yeungling Malmsqueeze I have on my Ipod.

Oddly (or maybe not odd at all) Pink has a few pretty cool tunes.

You want Van Halen, she sings Journey......compromise - play Van Hagar.

It sorta does. I saw a band called Unchained a while back. The drummer and bassist looked nothing like MA or Al. The guitarist was chubby wearing overalls and Dave had a bad wig but had some moves down. But if you closed your eyes, you'd swear it was 1984! You have to remember, during the Dark Times, (86-06) besides the Six Pack, that's all we had!
