Are you fucking serious? Humans Being blows and Without you was a horrible extreme ripoff. It is obvious that EVH heard Extreme's III Sides to Eveyr Story disc and realized that was what he wanted to sound like....enter Gary. EVH's guitar playing on that piece of shit is a very poor attempt at Cupid's Dead, except that EVH doesn't have the ability to pull it off. If you think that is a good song, go listen to Cupid's Dead. When VH III came out I was in fuckjing shock when I heard it. I was at a party and the guy had III sides and we cued them up side by side. It was embarrasing. MWM and CGTSNM are WAY better than those two pieces of crap you mentioned. Damn, turn the volume down you must be going deaf.

Hold on a minute. Ted Templeman produced 5150 and EEAS so that don't make too much sense. The change in sound from 1984 to 5150 was mostly the lazy, complacent attitude coming from Van Hagar if you ask me. Plus Dave wouldn't have settled for half of those mediocre love songs.

Ted Templeman I would agree though was an important factor with the sound of the 6 pack. Compare the Gene Simmons demos with Van Halen 1. Ted really captured a raw, live and spontaneous band with virtually no over dubs.
Achtung Baby I say, I say...

Ted Templeman did not produce 5150. Don Landee and Mick Jones did.

        He did produce EEAS though.

Speaking as an old VH/DLR era fan I know the original Van Halen could still work because Eddie & Dave put their personal & professional differences aside for the only excellent reunion track on BOV1 Me Wise Magic since I Can't Get This Stuff No More is mediocre but VH would NEVER be the same again as they were with timeless classic rock albums like Van Halen, WACF, Fair Warning & 1984!!!

              2. "right now" Eddie can't play the freakin guitar....

It doesn't matter how long ago DLR Band was released, it kicks hard asshole. Also everyone knows that Dave is one of the greatests live performers in the History of music. Plus MVM and CGTHSNM kick the shit out of Human Beings or that other gay ass song u mentioned, Without You, written by the queer ass Gary Cherone who gets his ass fired after like 4 weeks. I'm starting to hope Dave doesn't go back with those asshole sisters. I think he would be better off. Plus, we would still have some kick ass music from Dave.
