Friend, if you haven't noticed, Dave Roth, Billy Joel and yes, Aerosmith held a joint news conference about the show. Since the rest of VH didn't bother to show up, we are reduced to debating the varied merits of Aerosmith, as no one in their right mind finds Billy Joel relevant. Besides, the closest most of us are going to get to this gig is looking at clips on Youtube.

I know about the press conference, chef.

So what. The Van Halens didn't show up. If Spammy McFaggot co-headlined this gig, should we riddle main with his shit songs and vids too?

At first I was really disappointed that the rest of the Van Halens didn`t show up but after giving some thought I think that the problem with this picture is there are too many members of Aerosmith to begin with... I mean Dave is Van Halens front man and representative and I'm all for it...I really like Wolf but I don't really need to hear from Ed and Al in a press conference they are not that interesting to hear (without an instrument).

Funny, I'm on the opposite side of that... I'm not really a fan of the Wolfgang body shape, or headstock, and that "Stealth" model is the first one I've liked...

But yeah, I've kinda always wished he'd go back to the customized Strat-styled guitars... the visual I grew up idolizing.

There is absolutely, irrefutably zero reason whatsoever for posting a Hagar clip at this site. The cheese factor alone would be more appalling to one's stomach than some WWII-era Velveeta. Then again, at least the cheese product would be somewhat digestible.

Yes, let me amend that to stripey and strat! I don't like the looks of the Wolfgangs either. Ed playing anything other than a strat body seems unnatural to me. Kind of like Dave singing with a headset, if ya catch my drift.
