15,000 In Attendance Last Night

I know when tehy head out this way the next couple of weeks, there are gonna be some buge crowds. The two Vegas shows are sold out, and the Phoenix show at Americal West is pretty close, of course ticketbastard will trickle out some tickets until the show date, making sure some poor guy in the rafter paid $100 for his seat. I can't say anything about anywhere else, but there won't be 7000 freebies here in Phoenix, I can tell ya that. A couple of radio stations have done promotions, but that's about it.

I know at least 1 of the Staples Center shows sold out & that's over 18,000 people. Of course it's their hometown. I knew that this tour would do so-so in certain markets, hell what do you expect? They've been out of the limelight too long & they're touring on a best of cd with almost no promo. I personally think their new manager Azoff sucks donkey dick. He's always managed "mainstream" artists like The Beagles. "Doc" McGhee would've done a hell of a better job.

If this tour IS Azoff's fault, which I doubt, then Sam is to blame for bringing him onboard as the band's manager. I think the REAL reason the tour is not only losing $$, but getting panned BIG-TIME in the reviews is because of:
