they have been playing "IAT" regularly I think that KK(a dj) likes the tune the station is 97.7 HTZ FM this by the way is a WANNABE Q107 station............. so I don't listen that often

Yeah, I hate 97.7. All I can say is I'm glad I was out of town the weekend the crap tour hit Toronto!!!

The stations here actually played Dave-era VH tunes to promote the latest Van Hagar show (last Sunday).

It was classic.

And nope, they really don't play that much Spammy-era VH here at all. Every once in a while you'll hear "Finish What ya Started", but it's at a ratio of about 300 VH to 1 VanHagar songs.

In fact, they actually play solo-Spammy more than Van Hagar. One of the stations have got a thing for "Mas Tequila".

I'd say about 3/4 of the time they play Roth stuff. Of course I always turn the station immediately when I hear that pussified tapping sound at the beginnng of WCTBLove. If I want to hear Journey, I'll buy one of their cd's.

Blessedly, Van Hagar rarely gets played down here, and it's usually the same three tracks when it does (Why Can't This Be Love, Love Comes Walking In, Dreams). And have as yet to hear any of the new Van Hagar tracks on the radio.

Classic VH is represented. Not uncommon to hear Drop Dead Legs, So This Is Love, Feel Your Love Tonight or DOA played along with the usual suspects (Jump, Panama, You Really Got Me, etc.).

Funniest part has to be when the station announces Van Hagar's coming to town, says there are plenty of tickets still available and follows it up with a double shot of classic VH tracks.
