Van Halen don't have to play what the fans want, or do press, or maybe design an original album cover, or even have all the guys in the band. All they have to do is put this out there and it will sell hundreds of copies!

As far as the remasters go.......no matter how bitchin' it sounds in the mastering studio it's still released in 16 bit 44.1 khz so unless it's vinyl or another format other than standard cd, why bother!

The absolute worst thing about this live album being packaged with a remaster of 1984, is the expectation that I would pay two more times for those two goddamn shitty synth pop songs that I don't ever want to fucking hear again.

I don't care who's singing them, those songs (and the fact that they were tolerated) were what gave Eddie the green light to go ahead with all that fucking Velveeta on the Van Hagar records.
